I would like to find out what my children’s names means: Ané (girl) and Adré (boy). Your help would really be appreciated.
Anell, I don’t find either name in the Bible. However, Ané is similar to “Anna”, which means “grace”.
Adré is similar to “Adri”, which is Hindi for “rock” — but even one letter difference could mean that it has an entirely different origin and meaning. Are they family names? If you know the ethnic origin, that could help you in your search.
Blessings and all the best to you and your family!
